Beth St. Clair loves helping employees activate their creativity at work. As a trained improvisational performer, Beth brings the principles of improv into her work as an executive coach, leadership consultant and sought-after keynote speaker.

Beth brings nearly two decades of experience in coaching, leadership development and team effectiveness to help her clients succeed. She is the Founder of ActUp and focuses her work on individuals and teams who want to use improvisational principles to increase their results at work. Her programs are fun, engaging and consistently see results.

She has delivered applied improvisation programs for Deloitte Consulting, Delivering Happiness with Zappos.com CEO Tony Hsieh, and All State Insurance, among others. Beth was a selected speaker at Disrupt HR and TEDx IUPUI.

Prior to launching ActUp, Beth was a consultant for Deloitte Consulting in Washington DC. Beth earned her MBA from Indiana University. She is certified in DiSC and MBTI personality assessments and is also a certified leadership coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Jessie Shternshus is a consulting partner for ActUp and is our technology and Agile guru. Jessie has a talent for creating a powerful learning environment that enables people to become better listeners, team players, problem solvers, innovators and communicators. Throughout her career, Jessie has worked with companies such as Microsoft, Skype, Living Social, Expedia, Fidelity Investments and Getty Images. Jessie has also been a speaker at conferences such as Madison Ruby, Conferencia Rails, UXMad, SnowMobile, Codemash, Scrum Alliance, and Agile DC. Jessie’s first job out of college was at Sesame Street where she spent her days thinking about whether certain Muppets needed legs or not.

Gina Trimarco Cligrow

Gina Trimarco Cligrow is a consulting partner for ActUp and resident expert on all things health and fitness. She has 20 years of experience in the entertainment, hospitality and tourism industries. Gina is the Founder and President of Carolina Improv Company (CIC), a training and entertainment company with offices in Chicago and Myrtle Beach that provides improvisational-based training in the areas of customer service, team building, leadership and sales. Prior to starting the CIC in 2008, Gina was the General Manager of the IMAX 3D Theaters in Myrtle Beach and Chicago, responsible for all areas of business operations. Gina’s passion and energy for her work and life writ large are contagious.
